Getting there
Located near the town of Chantilly, 50km north of Paris, Les Fontaines is best reached by taxi from Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport (30 mn), or by train (20 mn) from central Paris.
Arriving by air
It is a 30 mn taxi ride to Les Fontaines from Roissy Charles De Gaulle airport and a 45 mn taxi ride from Beauvais airport. For detailed airport information, see www.aeroportsdeparis.com. From Orly airport it is best to take the express train RER B3 (accessible via airport shuttle) to Paris Gare du Nord (30 mn). Then take the TER train to the Chantilly/Gouvieux station (20 mn). Taxis are available at the station for the 5-minute ride to Les Fontaines.
Arriving by train
Les Fontaines is a 20-minute train ride on the SNCF's TER train from the Gare du Nord station in central Paris. Eurostar and Thalys trains as well as RER trains to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports also leave from Gare du Nord. To get to Les Fontaines, take the TER train from Gare du Nord to the Chantilly/Gouvieux Station. (For timetables and fares see: www.sncf.com.)
